So far, positive response on a Global Day of Boycott Actions come from the Netherlands, Finland, US, Japan, Canada, Greece, Philippines, UK and Switzerland.
International Global Days of Action have been successfully tried, spread and abolished, though it’s still a widespread tool for joining a common struggle. Hence for the boycott we wish to call for decentralised boycott remarking actions organised unitedly on this Global Day of Action against the War. It is very short notice, but bombs and bullets are not stopping to rain over Iraq.

The Boycott Action gives the power to the consumers, with the inspiration of non-violent civil-disobedience consumers actions around the world; from picketing an Esso/Exxon Mobile and/or Texaco petrol station [successful in Belgium with meps participating], having restaurant owners announce they withdraw US products from their menu, schools evicting Coke machines to be replaced with local alternatives, e-mail avalanches spreading call for boycott, …. .
The list of possible actions could be long and should be shared and spread to as many boycott web sites and networks as possible. Help to spread the boycott within your networks.
It only works the more the many …
There are plans for an ‘Boycott Kit’ within a week. Contribution of ideas and comments are very welcome, please contact ‘For Mother Earth’ mailto:pol@motherearth.org
